The Venue

We are so thrilled to celebrate with you at Whispertree, a stunning 650-acre property nestled in the Bell Valley of Boonville, California.

Once ranch land, it’s now a beautiful gathering space surrounded by expansive nature. Together we’ll get to enjoy the hiking trails, grassy knolls, and maybe even a refreshing swim in the pond. Other highlights include an eight-foot cedar hot tub and fire pit.

Boonville and the surrounding Anderson Valley area has plenty to explore – local wineries, expansive parks, and rivers perfect for swimming. Whispertree is also an hour from the Mendocino coast, where you’ll find rocky beaches, breathtaking views, and surfing. More ideas and links in the Explore section!

Whispertree

Lodging

The darling town of Boonville is just 15 minutes from Whispertree and has great, but limited, lodging options. There are hotels, inns, and Airbnbs available and we encourage you to book your accommodations as soon as possible! We’ve reserved all rooms at Indian Creek Inn and Anderson Valley Inn.

Indian Creek Inn

Cute inn where each room comes with access to a shared kitchen, common room, and lounge space. About a 15 minute drive from the venue. There are 15 rooms available.

Anderson Valley Inn

A very sweet and comfortable inn also about 15 mins from the venue. There are 8 rooms available.
To make a reservation call 707-937-5525 and mention that you’re booking for Grace & Tim’s wedding.

Boonville Hotel

A dreamy hotel, but it does require guests to join for dinner one evening of their stay. If you’re interested in staying here, we recommend extending your trip to Monday so you can have dinner at their charming restaurant Sunday night.
Online booking for May 2026 is not yet available – call to inquire about reserving a room.

Airbnbs

There are some great options in Boonville and Philo. If you’re interested in staying in an Airbnb we recommend you book ASAP as homes are limited!

FAQs

What is the dress code?

We want you to feel fabulous at our wedding! Please dress in whatever festive cocktail attire makes you feel beautiful. Bright colors are welcome! Friday evening’s event is casual.

Are children welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding and reception will be an adults-only event. If you choose to bring your kiddos along for the weekend, they’re welcome to join for the festivities on Friday evening. Please reach out with any specific questions or requests - we’d love to do everything we can to accommodate you and your family.

Will transportation be provided?

We will have a bus taking folks to and from Indian Creek Inn and Anderson Valley Inn on Saturday. Transportation will not be offered on Friday evening, and there is ample parking at Whispertree. We recommend renting a car for the weekend!

What will the weather be like?

Hopefully the weather will be PERFECT! For Northern California this means low 70s during the day and low 60s/high 50s at night. There is typically no rain in May, though it might be windy. The hills should be green and the wildflowers plentiful! Even if it’s sunny and warm during the day it will get chilly at night, so we recommend bringing layers for the evening. Dinner will be held under a tent.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. Seriously! For those whose love language is gift giving, we’ll likely have a small registry or honeymoon fund set up in the coming months.
